2. Non-Refundable Service Cases

  • Performance-Based Dissatisfaction: As marketing outcomes depend on market variables and platform algorithms, refunds are not issued based on specific ROI or lead-generation results.

  • Client Delays: Delays in project delivery caused by a lack of client input, missing approvals, or delayed content submission.

  • Third-Party Costs: Any budget already spent on advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is strictly non-refundable.

3. E-Commerce & Physical Products

For any physical or digital products sold through our platform:

Eligible for Refund or Replacement:

  • The product received is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The item is significantly different from the description provided.

  • Note: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Change of mind or "buyer's remorse."

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or poor handling.

  • Digital products (templates, reports, or guides) once they have been downloaded or accessed.

  • Sale or discounted items (unless they are physically defective).
